Who We Are
We are a small independent dog groomers, operating from a premises in Burgh Heath, Surrey.
Since both owners are experienced groomers, we can guarantee groomer continuity to help your pup build a strong bond with their groomer so that they look their perfect self.
You may wonder where our name came from? Well we love a good pub, so wanted to bring the cozy British pub vibes to the salon! You’d be mistaken for thinking we offer shampoo by the pint!

I’m one of the owners and groomers here at The Dog & Brush.
I have always had a passion for all animals, especially dogs. I started my animal career as a dog walker and loved being with dogs everyday but I wanted a change so I then began my dog grooming career and knew this was my forever job.
I have a passion for all breeds and have a large soft spot for working breeds and I love all the different and funny characters that comes with them. I love lots of aspects of dog grooming, such as breed standards, and work well with more difficult and challenging doggies.
I met Liv at our previous dog grooming company and couldn’t imagine setting up a salon with anyone else!

Hello! I am Liv, one of the owners and groomers at The Dog & Brush! I have always loved dogs and after trying a few career paths after university, I fell into a doggy daycare role which led me to study dog behaviour and realise my dream job as a dog groomer. I got a job as a trainee at a large dog grooming company where I met Molly and after a while of working there and becoming great friends, we decided to open our own independent grooming business! I often have my dogs, Arlo the working cocker and Zephyr the Labrador, at the salon with me! I’m a huge lover of working breeds, especially spaniels (but I adore all breeds!). Both Molly and I love all aspects of dog grooming, from breed standards and technical show grooms to cute teddy cuts and shaggy natural grooms!

We prioritise your dog’s welfare and adapt our techniques to your dog’s needs and limits. We value welfare over aesthetics and will never cause distress to your dog for the sake of vanity. That said, we do pride ourselves on having high standards for our grooms, and love to have all dogs leaving our salon looking their best!
